About Ahlers Welding
& Fabrication

Ahlers Welding & Fabrication was founded in 2023 by father and son, Dan and Brayden Ahlers, with a focus on providing dependable welding and fabrication services to the local community. Today, the business is operated by brothers Brayden and Cole Ahlers, combining hands-on weld and fabrication experience with engineering, design, and project management expertise.

Brayden, a 2021 graduate of MCC and Southeast Technical College's welding program, leads the shop's day-to-day welding and fabrication operations. With 5 years of fabrication experience, he brings a practical, hands-on approach to every project - from custom one-off builds to larger fabrication work.

In 2026, Cole joined the business bringing an associates degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology along with 6 years of engineering and project management experience. His role focuses on operations, estimating, project coordination, and 2D & 3D design - helping bridge the gap between project concepts and finished fabrication.

What began primarily with custom signage and agricultural repair has grown into a full service fabrication shop servicing commercial, agricultural, and contractor needs. As Ahlers Welding & Fabrication continues to grow, our focus remains on quality workmanship, practical solutions, dependable service, and building lasting relationships with the customers and contractors we serve.
